Open the data file in Microsoft Excel

Once you have created a Text file for data you can view the file and convert it into Microsoft Excel file by the following steps:

1. Open Microsoft Excel first. Then choose to open a Text file.

2. Next go to the Text import setting and see the below screen. Click “Next” to advance to the next screen.

3. Next choose the “Semicolon” as delimiters and then press “Finish”.

Choose “Text files”

Select the “Semicolon”, then press “Finish” button
